Screw Jack Base
The Base Jack (adjustable base) and U-Head Jack (adjustable top bracket) are the two key adjustment components that make up the complete Ringlock system for independent columns. The Base Jack, the "foundation" of the Ringlock system, is installed at the base of the upright and allows precise horizontal and vertical adjustment of the entire frame to accommodate uneven surfaces. The U-Head Jack, the "shoulder" of the Ringlock system, is installed at the top of the upright. Its U-shaped bracket directly supports the main beam, timber planks, and other formwork support materials, ensuring effective load transfer. Both utilize high-precision threaded rods to enable flexible and reliable fine-tuning of height, making them essential components for ensuring construction safety and quality.

1. Product Overview
The Base Jack is the starting component of the Ringlock system, installed between the base of the pole and the foundation. Its primary function is to compensate for ground unevenness, precisely adjust the height of the first-floor poles, and ensure that all poles are vertically and evenly loaded, thereby ensuring the stability and security of the entire Ringlock system.
2. Design and Features
Structure: Consists of a base plate, threaded adjustment sleeve, adjustment screw, and insert.
Base Plate: A square or round steel plate that increases contact with the ground and distributes load.
Adjustment Mechanism: Height adjustment is achieved by rotating the sleeve, which raises and lowers the internal screw.
Top Connection: The insert (standard size: φ48mm) is inserted into the pole.
