Baoding City Lianchi District Urban Village Renovation Project

With a total floor area of 50,000 square meters and an 18-month construction period, this project faced challenges such as high-altitude work safety and inefficient material handling in a dense urban area. By adopting ringlock scaffolding, its modular design allowed for quick setup and adjustments, reducing labor costs. The system also featured anti-slip platforms and guardrails, effectively preventing accidents. As a result, the project was completed 2 months ahead of schedule, saving 15% in costs, and achieved a zero-safety-incident record. The flexibility and load-bearing capacity (up to 500 kg per square meter) of ringlock scaffolding were key to the project’s success.
