Shenzhen Park Digital Industry Base Project

The complex, covering 10 hectares and completed over a 24-month period, required the construction of both basements and upper floors. The interlocking scaffolding enabled the simultaneous execution of exterior wall finishing, plumbing, and electrical work, and its standardized components minimized errors. The system incorporated safety nets and hatches to prevent falls. Despite weather and supply chain challenges, the scaffolding’s rapid adjustments kept the project on track. Ultimately, the project achieved a 10% cost savings, zero delays, and green building certification. The interlocking scaffolding’s reusability (with a lifespan exceeding 10 years) supports sustainable development goals.
