Shijiazhuang Tongfu Shared Warehouse

This automated logistics warehouse project covered a floor area of 80,000 square meters with an eave height exceeding 15 meters. The primary challenge was to provide an absolutely stable support platform for the installation of the large-span steel roof trusses and wall panels, while bearing the load of heavy equipment and materials. The ringlock scaffolding system, with its proven nodal connection technology, formed a support system with excellent integrity. Its standard load-bearing capacity met the high demands perfectly.
A full-frame support scaffolding solution was implemented. The rigid connection between ledgers, braces, and standards ensured a structure with no loose parts, offering remarkable torsion and lateral resistance. This not only guaranteed the safety of workers at height but also provided millimeter-level stability for precise structural installation. Compared to traditional scaffolding, the erection efficiency increased by approximately 30%, with minimal material waste. The project achieved the main structure topping-out ahead of schedule while maintaining a zero-accident safety record.
